Arrangements entre ennemis
About the title
Arrangement carries two meanings: the deal struck between adversaries, and the instrumental writing of a song. The title holds both at once.
About the song
The lyric plays on near-identical sounds to capture the ambiguity of a relationship: « On se rapproche, on s’effiloche » — we draw closer, we fray apart. Two verbs that rhyme and contradict each other.
